- Engineering and Management Committees - serve as client representative and
technical advisor in meetings with interest owners to assure most efficient operation of
properties.
- Expert Witness Testimony - provide testimony as a technical spokesman before
conservation commission hearings, local, state, and federal courts, and before arbitration
hearings.
- Mediation - serve as mediator in technical disputes involving oil and gas matters
to assist clients in avoiding litigation and expensive court proceedings.
